The main objective of Sheffield United Disabled And Carers Association is to help create an accessible and inclusive environment for all fans, enabling disabled people to have the same match day experience as non-disabled people.


In addition Sheffield United Disabled And Carers Association empowers disabled fans and family to have a unified voice to influence change within Sheffield United.  It is important that we establish a good working relationship with Sheffield United, in order to be able to bring about mutually beneficial changes and sustainable results.


The role of Sheffield United Disabled And Carers Association is to liaise with Sheffield United to share knowledge and first hand experiences from its disabled fans and families. 


The better club officials and staff understand the barriers facing disabled supporters who attend live football matches, the easier it is to establish a productive relationship between the two parties and to introduce sustainable changes promoting accessible services and facilities and also improving the match day experience for all fans, families and friends.
